Over 25 years’ experience in Health & Safety management.

Formerly employed as Health Control Manager for a hotel and pub company and as a Catering and Food Hygiene Lecturer, Stuart has an in-depth understanding of both the theory and practical applications of Food Safety and Health & Safety in general.

As well as being a CIEH registered trainer in Food Safety, he also has considerable experience running 18 hospitality sites in terms of food purchasing, menu development, licensing, legal matters and conflict resolution.
