Stephanie has a long and distinguished career in Health & Safety auditing and management. Stephanie has successfully dealt with and resolved all manner of H&S issues for a very broad range of hospitality businesses and is qualified to Diploma level in Food Hygiene. She is a CIEH Registered Trainer in Food Hygiene, an Allergen Management expert and a member of IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
Previously employed by SAI Global as an Auditor, Trainer and Account Manager, Stephanie has also successfully managed Health & Safety for key retail accounts such as Waitrose, Tesco and BP.
Stephanie worked on the Better Regulation Project with the Cornwall local authority and has first-hand experience of starting, managing and selling her own restaurant concept and thus understands the challenges of both operating and abiding with health and safety requirements.
